Despite what you are going to see here, I am a true believer in peace and non-violence. Self-Defence must be learnt or taught for fun; keeping fit; and gaining personal confidence only.

These blogs are set up for fun and interest only. Just want to let you all know that we are not that old yet. We can still do lots of vigorous exercises.
